Ciara turned not only heads but channels too when she visited the Jimmy Kimmel Live show last night in a white halter dress featuring a high slit. Her hair and makeup was flawless. The singer and now, official IMG model also wore her new engagement ring from Russel Wilson to add to her already stellar look. Ciara talked about the upcoming Billboard awards that she and Ludacris will co-host on May 22, 2016.
