1. Speak positivity to yourself - Look in the mirror and tell yourself that you are beautiful, smart, and all the other things that you want to see and be even if you don't think you are there quite yet.
2. Draw your attention to your strengths and not your weaknesses - If you have a talent or something that is great about you, play it up. Don't immediately point out the negative about yourself.
3. Embrace your uniqueness - The things that are different about you and ever your flaws make you different from everyone else. Embrace them and learn how to make them your standout features.
