3 Ways To Reduce Stress

It's Monday again and just thinking about the upcoming week can be stressful. Learning to cope with stress can make a world of difference in our day to day lives. As women we deal with stress from so many places i.e. our families, friends, work, and most of all ourselves! Not all stress is negative stress but either way it can have the same outcome as negative stress. We've put together a few way to combat and eliminate stress and live a happy stress free life.

1. Exercise - Managing your weight can be stressful in itself but if can forget about that for a moment and just enjoy working out and how good it can make you feel you will notice stress and tension leaving your body.

2. Shut out all the noise - When you are stressed additional stressors only make it worse. Find a quiet place and just relax. Control your breathing and let your mind and body have a moment of rest and relaxation.

3. Accept what you can and cannot change - As women, we often spend alot of our time trying to fix things and other people. The moment that you can learn to accept things as they are sometimes and stop stressing about how you want them to be you can actually clear your mind enough to work on a solution or something than can actually be fixed.
