How did you get into the fashion industry: Once I graduated from Delaware State University I relocated to North New Jersey. I started freelance styling for modeling agencies in the New York City area. There I was able to build my portfolio and create the foundation for my new company Disclothesure.

What inspires you: I have always been inspired by Carrie Bradshaw. The fashion you saw on Carrie was things you would never see on everyday people. Carrie’s style was very unique and ordinary people wouldn’t dare wear what she wore because they thought it was over too over the top. I love pushing the envelope and looking completely different from the people around me.

What projects are you working on: Currently, I’m working on getting ready to shoot my summer look book for Disclothesure which will be released in mid-June. My goal is to shoot a look book every 3-4 months.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years: Within five years I plan on relocating to Los Angeles, California where I will be opening Disclothesure’s first showroom where clients can come to get styled and purchase items from the collection.
